Notice: The CP- organisation is very grateful for your application, since the CP-FPUGS-project is in great need of a nice amount of fresh and enthused accomplices.
We must remind you that your involvement in the project can be dangerous and requires full allegiance. We do not laugh with questionnaire mockery. On the contrary; insincere applications shall be punished in very cruel and physical manners. We usually get all the information we need to harm the foolish.
Therefore we strongly suggest you to re-evaluate the intentions that made you fill in this form in the first place. Make sure you have read the CP-FPUGS policy before completing this form!!!

Item 1. Health and general condition

CP-FPUGS policy

1. Appearance and health
A. Photograph
In order to see if your appearance is suitable for CP-FPUGS-terrorism we must ask you to provide a proper photograph. It must be recent, clear, free of shades and it must be 45 x 35 mm. Please make sure you have obtained your personal red beret. It has to cover 1/5 part of your right eye and your complete right ear. Colour of beret has to show on picture to make sure it is red enough. You do not need to cut off your hair.
B. Uniform
You need to be in possession of at least one pair of appropriate army boots, a red beret and a long dark coat. Everyday clothing can be of any tint, fabric or character, although we prefer it to be dark and/or inconspicuous.
C. Attitude and behaviour
It is important that you have learned how to walk, talk and generally behave decently. You have to keep your back straight and act normally. The CP-FPUGS-project does not need dramatic talent. Do not dance in the streets, unless you’re told by us. Do not sing nor play the guitar unless you’re talented. If you are, do not join the CP-FPUGS unless you can deny your ambitions. Artistic aspirations are of no use to the CP, nor to its projects, such as the CP-FPUGS. It is more important to us that you are able to maintain your calmness, intelligence and sense of scheme creativity.
D. Health
It is ofcourse important to us that you are in good condition. In order to keep the project going, every accomplice has to be well and swift.
Health problems, such as allergies, diabetes, obesitas or other difficulties need to be told about in the application form.
This also applies to mental disorders.


2.History and motivation
A. Criminal past
You must notify us of all your past criminal activities, whether they were under any form of authority or not.
If you have been working as a terrorist before, you must give us the names of the organisation, its bias and aims, its professional circumstances and the reason you left.
This information can have either a positive or a negative effect on your entrance evaluation.
